Size to rack power density, match CDU and loop capacity to real kW per rack, not nameplate ratings.

Confirm water temperatures, supply/return temps and approach decide whether DLC, RDHx or chillers fit.

Build in N+1 redundancy, redundant pumps and CDUs keep a hall running through maintenance.

Cooling follows compute, quote it with the GPUs it cools so capacity and rack count match.
